Please notify your teachers/coaches well in advance, and be proactive about making up any missed work. Be prepared to stay until we are finished each night. In the event of snow, we will still record.
Flu
This is a time of year when most of you will be vocally compromised due to flu, laryngitis, colds, allergies, etc. Going to bed early and sleeping as late as possible is your best defense in physically preparing you to sing for 12-14 hours a day while we are in the studio. You should not go to school or practice on these dates. We will talk about that more in class. Although we won’t spend the night in the studio, it could go late. Plan on being there the entire time. If for some reason we finish with you early, consider it a bonus. Do not ask to leave early. Plan on being there until we release you.
February 6 Admission Day 8 AM - 9:30 AM . Please add Admission Day, Saturday, February 6 to your performance calendar. We will sing in the morning at 9:00 AM. Call at 8:00 AM. You will be finished by 9:30 AM. This could potentially be a small group, but everyone be prepared to sing, if asked.

This does not begin to cover the cost of the record, but is a good faith demonstration that we are willing to go the extra mile to have this unique opportunity. Start making your lists now of friends and family members who may buy a CD from you. This sales and marketing effort will be a huge part of your fourth quarter grade. Everyone is expected to sell 29 CDs.
